DAS implemented a cloud based Accounts Receivable / POD solution, in addition to this DAS integrated with existing ERP solution to add hyperlinks to signed POD’s on their customer statements. This has a dramatic effect in reducing the call centre load on POD enquiries and also enabled them to reduce the average age of their debtors book.
